SERIES 2140 LOW PRESSURE, HIGH FLOW, BACK PRESSURE REGULATORS:

Premier Model 2140 back pressure regulators are diaphragm sensed regulators useful for numerous industrial and R&D controls, monitors, and systems.  Model 2140 back pressure regulators offer adjustable, precise, highly repeatable, cracking pressures up to 25 PSIG with a fine cracking/ reseat differential.  They are capable of regulating a broad range of media (compatible with materials of construction) with output up to 10 SCFM flow.

SERIES 2300 MINI PRESSURE REDUCING REGULATORS:

The economical, compact Premier 2300 Series are single stage, diaphragm (neoprene or Viton®) type, variable delivery pressure regulators, designed for inlet pressures up to 1200 PSIG and outlet pressures of 50 PSIG.  They are used to regulate a broad range of media, typically oxygen, nitrogen, fuel gases, and refrigerants.

The dependable Premier 2500 Series are single stage, diaphragm (SS, Viton®, or neoprene) type, variable delivery pressure regulators, designed for inlet pressures up to 3500 PSIG, outlet pressures of 150 PSIG, and Cv's of .08 or .20.  They are used to regulate to a broad range of non corrosive and corrosive media (based on materials of construction) and have increased serviceability and life with the integral 40 micron SS valve cartridge filter.

SERIES 2700 FIXED FLOW PRESSURE REDUCING REGULATORS:

The economical, compact Premier 2700 Series are single stage, piston type, preset delivery pressure, fixed flow regulators, designed for inlet pressures up to 3500 PSIG.  At the standard preset control pressure of 60 PSI, the preset flow settings range from 0.25 LPM to 9.0 LPM.  They are used to regulate to a broad range of non corrosive and corrosive media (based on materials of construction) and are typically used for calibration gases and industrial hygiene monitors.  2700 Series regulators can be supplied with rotary, slide, or bayonet style shut off valves and a wide range of inlet and outlet configurations.

SERIES 2780 MICRO LOW PRESSURE REDUCING REGULATORS:

The inexpensive, micro Premier 2780 Series are single stage, piston type regulators for inlet pressures up to 1200 PSIG.  The smallest version is .74" dia. X 1.70" long and weighs in at 1 oz!  The standard preset control pressure is 50/60 PSIG but a 5 to 90 PSIG variable delivery pressure model is available.  The preset flow settings range from 0.25 LPM to 7.0 LPM.  or unrestricted.  2780 Series regulators can be supplied with a variety of inlet and outlet configurations.

The general purpose Premier 2900 Series are single stage, piston type, adjustable flow regulators, designed for inlet pressures up to 3000 PSIG with 16 PSI nominal outlet pressure.  There are 12 flow settings, 0, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 LPM.  They are typically used on disposable, non-refillable cylinders.  2900 Series regulators can be supplied with a wide range of inlet and outlet configurations.

The Premier 4902 Series are single stage, diaphragm type, vacuum breaker pressure reducing regulators.  With a 3.0 LPM flow @ 3" water, 4902 Series regulators supply the exact amount of gas demanded by an analyzer and then automatically shut off.  4902 Series regulators are available in a wide range of materials and inlet and outlet configurations.
